Rules and regulations

The management holds the right to determine on what condition it will admit or retain pupils in the school. Generally children are admitted to nursery class. The minimum age of admission to Nursery is three years. Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality or "Panchayat" is the only valid document to prove the age. In any circumstances request for a change in the date of birth will not be entertained.

At the time of admission the parents may submit:

* Transfer certificate from the school last attended duly countersigned by the proper eligible authority.

* Mark list of the last examination passed.

* The Admission form of the school duly filled.

If the parents/guardians wish to withdraw a child from the school they must apply in the prescribed form, and pay all the fees including that of the current month. The T.C. will be issued normally after ten days from the date of the receipt of the application. The T.C. will be issued only to the parents.

If necessary the T.C. will be posted to the given address if a stamped envelope is provided together with the application form. On withdrawal of a student from the school no fee will refunded.

* The names of those students who absent themselves from classes for more than fifteen consecutive days without proper leave may be removed from the register.

* Students who fail in class IX will not be allowed to repeat the class.

The principal reserves the right to demand the withdrawal of any student whose conduct is harmful to other students. Immorality in word or deed, willful damage to school property, grave insubordination, contempt of authority, unsatisfactory progress in studies, habitual late attendance and idleness, giving false information or production of false certificate, are sufficient grounds for making such a demand. Moreover misconduct of a student. The students whose parents/guardians misbehave with the school authorities will be dismissed from the school. The principal will be at liberty in his/her sole discretion to remove any student who is found to be guilty of any misconduct, even without notice and without assigning any reason.

* Absence from the school must be explained by the parent through proper leave letter. Leave of absence will be given for serious reasons only. In case of long absence due to sickness, medical certificate shout be submitted along with the leave letter.

* Absence of students from class for merely family, social functions is entirely discouraged and the school does not hold itself responsible for a student who suffers in his/her daily progress for lack of strict adherence to attendance rules.

* No student will be granted leave during class time. They can be sent home along with parents or guardians only during intervals. In such cases a written application for leave should reach the office before the school begins.
